The most important innovations and improvements:

Improved functions

• The monitoring of XELOS cloud systems has been extended with new checks that provide faster warnings in case of errors.
• The XELOS password-forgotten function has been extended by a captcha and can now only be used by one user every 5 minutes. This prevents increased system load due to unauthorized log-in attempts.
• Documents: A new preview is now also generated when saving minor changes (no new version) and the preview of complex PDF documents has been improved.
• projects: In the "Administration > Projects" overview, it is now possible to filter for unlisted projects.
• Dashboard: New portlets for displaying news, documents and forum posts from individual projects have been added.

 

Fixed bugs

• tasks: Users receive notifications again when they are registered as contributors
• Forum: In some cases forum posts were displayed in the wrong order in the activity history.
• Calendar: Reminders for deleted events were still sent.
• Wiki: Problems of the directory structure with parent pages were fixed
