Dokumentenvorschau Schaltflächen ausblenden Original:

Die beiden Punkte "In Zwischenablage kopieren" und "Via Email versenden" auszublenden. Leider gibt es auch mit den Hooks momentan keine Möglichkeit diese Punkte auszublenden. Die 3 Links werden bei der Benutzung der XOI angezeigt.

Gibt es einen genauen Grund / Anwendungsfall der damit abgedeckt werden soll? Wir konnten in der internen Absprache nicht ganz den Grund erkennen.

Ansonsten gibt es einen Workaround für XELOS 8 Kunden, der letztlich das gewünschte Ergebnis hätte:

Man kann im WebDAV Modul die Option "Use MS-Office-Schema Links" aktivieren, dadurch werden die "Öffnen in Links" auf die MS-Office Links umgeändert (ms-ofe://... statt xelos://... ) welche unabhängig von der Installation der XELOS Office Integration funktionieren (also z.B. auch mobil). Die Option ist in XELOS 8 als Preview-Funktion drin und wird vorr. in zukünftigen Versionen als Default-Standard gesetzt werden, da diese Links auch mit den Apps auf iOS und Android kompatibel sind.

Nach der Umstellung sehen Nutzer OHNE XOI nur noch den Link "Öffnen in .." und man kann auch den Nutzern mit XOI die anderen beiden Links durch die Einbindung einer Custom CSS Regel (Advanced Theme Editor) wegblenden:

Is there an exact reason / application that should be covered? We could not quite see the reason in the internal agreement.

Otherwise, there is a workaround for XELOS 8 customers, which would ultimately have the desired result:

You can activate the option "Use MS-Office-Schema Links" in the WebDAV module, this will change the "Open in Links" to the MS-Office links (ms-ofe://... instead of xelos://... ) which work independently of the installation of the XELOS Office Integration (e.g. mobile as well). The option is included in XELOS 8 as preview function and will be set as default in future versions, because these links are also compatible with the apps on iOS and Android.

After the conversion users WITHOUT XOI only see the link "Open in ..." and you can also hide the other two links for users with XOI by including a custom CSS rule (Advanced Theme Editor):
