Changes and customizations in XELOS introduced in this release based on internal testing and customer feedback.

New functions:

Groups XC-2997

"Group waiting for approval" banner added for administrators

Chat XC-2986

The maximum number of participants can now be set in the configuration.

Now only 5 participants are shown in the chat with profile picture, the others are grouped together with +.

Other

Other changes are mostly only relevant for a small target group of customers who have requested corresponding changes in a support ticket or feature request. The changes usually relate to a very specific use case.

Theme:

• Navigation Group Error Fix. A "click" on some groups (e.g. without navigation set) resulted in an error because the "Navigation Group Tree" could not be generated.

CRM

• XC-3025 File upload error fixed.

CMS:

• XC-2967 Display error in Navigator portlet fixed.
• XC-3028 Image is now displayed correctly again in combination with tile

DMS:

• XC-2852 Zip archives are now unpacked without errors
• XC-3036 Files can be attached with "browse" again

Groups:

• XC-2989 Filter functions in the group overview improved

News:

• XC-2899 pictures can be inserted from the cache in the news again

Search:

• XC-3033 page selection on repeated search query improved

Webdav

• XC-3035 video integration via Webdav optimized

Workflows

• XC-3045 all attached documents are now displayed
• incorrect user display in workflow has been fixed

Other:

• XC-2864 bugfixes for follow (follow dialog)
• XC-2976 fixed bug in Wall
• XC-2990 "My group portlet" sorting for followed groups improved
• XC-3039 History cleaning tool improved
• XC-2974 iOS logo is displayed again

• XC-2864 Modal error in follow settings fixed

   

• XC-2988 Images larger than 1920x1080 resolution are cropped correctly now

• XC-2989 Category selection is preserved
