Highlights / features in the update

• Lookbook (XC-3258):

   

  • System categories and auto-completion (keywords) can be deleted again.
  • The extension "Groups" has been visually revised and can be used again.

• News:

  • The news portlet now displays the publication date instead of the creation date (XC-3242).

• Request for publication is now a task (XC-3290).

• Formchoice (XC-3292):
  • Added delete button, which becomes visible when hovering over a selected item.

• Forum
  • Poll can be used again (XC-3173)
  • Threads can now be automatically set to read after a configurable time (XC-3187)

• Workflow:
  • If there are more than 5 workflows, the remaining ones are merged (XC-3248).

Administration:

• For the log, the escalation levels can be customized: LOG_NOTICE after 12h, LOG_INFO after 24h, LOG_DEBUG after 48h.

Theme (XC-3348):

• Fonts can now be uploaded in the theme, which can be used for the design.

  • A file fonts.css must be created which contains the description for the fonts. For example:
  • 
  • The zip folder with the fonts and the fonts.css file contained in it must be uploaded under Custom font packge in the theme.
  • In the Heading, Navigation and Content font fields you have to specify which font should be used.

  • 

  • After saving, the theme still needs to be recompiled.

Legal:

• Now allows to create an accessibility statement in the administration view (XC-3250).

Search:

• The facets in the search are now configurable up to 20 elements (XC-3347)

General changes and fixes

• Fixed issue with previewing documents when the default view was set to view .
• Sorting on followed items was changed from alphabetical to chronological (XC-3252).

  • Categories in news are displayed again

• HRM:

  • Attachments in monthly report are shown again (XC-3291)
  • Configuration option for holidays as regular days (XC-3284)
  • New state Bavaria(Protestant)(XC-3343)

• Calendar:

  • Calendar portlet now resolves correctly again (XC-3225)

• Lists:

  • Visibility in lists works again (XC-3340)

• Pages:

  • Categories can now be used in News (XC-3332)
  • It is possible to select between instances (XC-3319)

• Workflow:

  • Imports work completely again (XC-3259)
  • Autotrigger problem fixed (XC-3296)
  • Promt in workflow(XC-3324)
